-Mad Science will no longer be scheduling in-person make up days when there is a cancellation due to inclement weather. If a scheduled class date is cancelled, we will provide a virtual class in place of the in-person offering. Following the cancellation, we will email the parents information for our private Zoom classroom and handle all the corresponding communications.
-No cash refunds will be provided if there is a cancellation of a class due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In lieu of a cash refund, we will provide a program credit or the option to receive the take-home that would have been offered as part of the class. The exception for cash refunds is if the program is cancelled prior to the scheduled start time.
