We are looking forward to the Berwick Trunk-N-Treat experience this year to include the Ghostly Ghoul Walk through Memorial Park—featuring giant inflatables, festive lighting, and spooky decorations!
To make this magical walk safe and fun for our over 1,000 expected participants, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring the haunted path to life.
Event & Setup Details
- Event Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026 (Rain date: Sunday, October 25)
- Location: Memorial Park, 25 Sweetser Street, Berwick, ME
- Volunteer Time: Noon
- Event Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Volunteer Roles Needed
- 1. Setup & Teardown Crew (Needed: Noon – 4:30 PM & 7:00-(8:00 PM)
- What you'll do: Help us place, anchor, and inflate large Halloween displays, run weather-proof power cords, and set up path lighting. After the event, help pack everything away.
- Great for: Anyone who loves hands-on decorating, and getting things organized.
- 2. Ghoul Walk Monitors (Needed: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
- What you'll do: Hang out along the illuminated walking path during the event to help monitor inflatables, ensure power cords remain safely tucked away, and keep the ghouls and goblins moving safely.
- Great for: Friendly faces who want to interact with families and enjoy the festive atmosphere!
